Portuguese Olive Oil — from northern Portugal to Switzerland
Portuguese olive oil often stands in the shadow of Spain and Italy — undeservedly. Especially in the north, in Trás-os-Montes, family estates have produced oil for generations.
Quinta da Salgueirinha in Possacos near Valpaços embodies this tradition: 220 olive trees, late harvest from late December to January, stone milling and cold extraction. The result is a round, slightly peppery extra virgin olive oil.
For Switzerland we personally import the 2025/26 harvest. Order 1 L or 5 L — we will contact you to confirm.
